FindMotos is an online marketplace that connects private sellers and registered traders with buyers interested in purchasing vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and trucks. We do not sell vehicles ourselves.

2. Use of the Website

You may use FindMotos for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Harms or attempts to harm other users
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the website
• Scrapes, copies, or reproduces listings or data without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for any user who breaches these conditions.

3. Vehicle Listings

FindMotos provides a platform for sellers to advertise vehicles. All listings are created and managed by the sellers themselves. We do not verify, inspect, or endorse any vehicle listed on the site.

Listings must be accurate, honest, and relate to a vehicle the seller genuinely owns or is authorised to sell. Misleading or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.

4. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. This includes vehicle descriptions, photos, pricing, mileage, condition, and any other details included in a listing.

Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell the vehicle advertised. FindMotos accepts no liability for disputes arising from inaccurate listings or unauthorised sales.

Registered traders must ensure their listings comply with applicable consumer protection and trading standards legislation.

5. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before making any purchase. This includes but is not limited to:

• Verifying the identity of the seller
• Confirming the vehicle's history, condition, and legal status
• Arranging an independent inspection if required
• Checking for outstanding finance, stolen status, or write-off history

FindMotos strongly recommends that buyers do not transfer any payment until they have seen the vehicle in person and are fully satisfied.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we aim to provide a reliable and useful platform, FindMotos makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or information published on the site.

We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Payments and Transactions

FindMotos does not process, facilitate, or have any involvement in financial transactions between buyers and sellers. All payments are arranged directly between the parties.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from payment disputes, fraud, or failed transactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMotos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any transaction conducted through it.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EGP 5,000, whichever is greater.
